- Immediate feedback. A short loop between action and result. Delayed consequence is where this pattern's speed becomes a liability.
- Someone holding the long view. A partner or structure tracking the quarter, so the fast moves land inside a plan rather than instead of one.

Where this pattern tends to struggle
- Speed outrunning consequence. Acting before downstream effects are clear works often enough to be reinforced, and the failures tend to be expensive and disconnected from the wins.
- Skipped groundwork. The unglamorous preparation frequently determines whether the fast move lands. Delegating it is a legitimate answer; skipping it usually isn't.
