1.No. 1: Mental age 30–39

Caring and responsible. You think about how a choice affects other people, and you don't feel done until everyone's been looked after. You're still curious, with a young streak underneath. But you tend to say what you want last, or not at all. Over time that can turn into resentment about choices nobody asked you to make.

2.No. 2: Mental age 20–29

You like a new challenge. You're creative, you decide fast, and you want to try as many things as you can. To you, a plan is a first draft. The downside is that you don't always finish what you start, because a newer idea keeps pulling you away.

3.No. 3: Mental age under 20

Curious and full of energy. Anything new grabs you, and trying something for the first time doesn't scare you. That's a real strength. The flip side: you often move on before the last thing has had time to settle.

4.No. 4: Mental age 50+

Patient and thoughtful. You don't rattle easily or let people rush you. When something uncomfortable happens, you stay calm and deal with it instead of running from it. People count on that. But because you stay so calm, others may not notice anything is wrong until it's already big.

5.No. 5: Mental age 40–49

Mature and steady. Other people's opinions don't sway you much, and you get things done without making a fuss about it. Low drama. The problem is that your work often goes unnoticed. By the time someone asks who did it, you've stopped expecting any credit.

How seriously to take this

Lightly. One question can hint at how you lean, but it can't measure it. There's nothing to average, so there's no way to tell a real pattern from chance. Treat it as a fun way to start a conversation. If you want an actual measurement, take the full test.
